SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders within the Continental US will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or Box. Approximately 4 yards of material can be shipped in the envelope. All orders over 4 yards will be shipped in the Flat Rate Box. Orders of fabric care items and any order weighing greater than 70 lbs., will be shipped via UPS Ground unless another method is preferred.
International and/or 3rd party orders must be prepaid by a bank's cashier check or by money order made payable in US dollars to: MC Enterprises, 444 Kenilworth Rd., Bay Village, OH 44140. Up to 4 yards of fabric can be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope for $15.00. Larger orders, weighing up to 25 lbs. will be shipped USPS International Priortiy Mail Flat Rate Package for $40.00.
Shipping insurance will be added upon request (at additional charge).
We will not be responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during shipment.
STORE POLICIES
Please contact us immediately if there is an error in your order of if fabric was incorrectly cut. All sales are final 21 days after order was placed, unless prior notification of an error has been made.
No refunds on fabric, kits, patterns, or books. Notions may be returned if packaging has not been opened or used.
Special orders of fabric not carried in inventory must be prepaid. There is an eight (8) yard minimum on all special orders.
Large orders may be delayed until payment sources are verified.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. MyCotton.biz will never share or sell your personal information or e-mail address. Information we collect is used strictly for processing your order and responding to customer inquiries and suggestions. Newsletters and product updates will be sent only to those who have requested news updates. News subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by going to the mailing list page and clicking on unsubscribe.
